I’m tired. I’m thankful. I’m blessed.
Tired does not even begin to describe how I’ve felt the last couple months working long hours to stay caught up on all my sessions. Averaging just a few hours of sleep each night has most definitely caught up with me.
Thankful for the reason I’m tired. Sweet Lemonade Photography was born when life gave me lemons and I’m so thankful for the sweet sweet lemonade it has given me in return. The fall is an exhausting time but I’m so thankful that so many families have trusted me to photograph their families from first birthdays to their ‘babies’ wedding days. I’m able to make a living doing something I truly love. I walk away from every session energized and excited. Having a job that fills me, instead of depletes me, is pretty awesome!
Blessed. Every day I’m blessed. Today I’m blessed to be getting out of dodge (thanks to $40 round trip plane tickets) with my boys for a much needed chance to rest, recharge and most importantly focus my attention on what truly matters most… family.
